Security Solutions for Reliable Functional Safeguarding

For buildings with built-in fire protection
Lampertz has been offering security solutions for preventative structural fire protection in its product range for many years now. Our wall-mounted and free-standing current distributors, cable channels and door and dividing wall systems have a fire resistance duration of 30 or 90 minutes and also protect against corrosive smoke fumes. This way, important and sometimes life-saving functions are reliably safeguarded in the building should a fire occur.

Maximum security for people and buildings
Flames and smoke fumes do not stop at electrical equipment. This can quickly lead to short circuiting and smoke development which would block the escape routes and thus pose a major potential risk for people, the building and the environment. Lampertz has developed an entire range of high-quality products specifically for functional safeguarding in case of a fire. They are used to reliably protect important electrical power supply systems against fire flashovers. Central processes in the IT and communications sector (ITC) benefit from this safeguarded electrical sub-distributor and can thus be sustained.

Responsibility for fire protection
Statutory regulations dictate that the Executive Board or the company management must take appropriate measures to ensure fire protection in the company. The company director, as the "operator" has the responsibility for protecting the people, systems and data. As part of his/her job, each individual employee is responsible for fire protection and observing the valid safety rules. With the solution concepts from Lampertz for the functional safeguarding of electrical equipment and securing of emergency and escape routes, you can plan and optimise your building technology in accordance with the current structural fire protection stipulations.

Important advantages of Lampertz security technology:

  • Functional safeguarding for electrical equipment and ITC systems relevant to safety
  • Protection of emergency exit and escape routes which is precisely defined on a time basis
  • Compliance with statutory state regulations and German power installation guidelines
  • Highest level of safety for people should a fire occur and in panic situations
  • Avoidance of fire flashovers to uninvolved areas.
