IT competence of Lampertz and Rittal now bundled



	Furniture system “Spectro-Data” Dear Sir or Madam, As we already announced last November, the sales and distribution of products of Lampertz GmbH & Co. KG, Hof, was fully integrated into the business activities of Rittal GmbH & Co. KG, Herborn, with effect from 1st January 2010. In this connection, we subsequently decided that the furniture system “Spectro-Data” does not fit properly into our core profile and should therefore be sold. It is now our great pleasure to introduce Spectro Data GmbH in Elkenroth as the future owner of this product line. Spectro Data GmbH looks forward to serving you as a competent and reliable business partner, and will be taking over all rights and obligations arising from previous agreements reached between you and us with effect from 19th July 2010.
